Bring a real problem. Leave with it running.
One full working day on a process of yours: name the problem, redesign the work, and build the first AI version. By the end it runs, and you know how to do the next one.
Owners and staff who'd like to start on their own real work, in a small group, with the trainer at their table.
The day
- Name it. A process like yours, taken apart live.
- Redesign it. The method, practised on your own process.
- Build it. Your files, your laptop, with Alan at your table until it runs.
What you leave with
Your own process, redesigned and running as a first version
A way of working you can repeat on the next process
A WhatsApp group for questions, open for a month after class
A follow-up from Alan after class: a message, or an online call if you'd like one
Classes are small, so Alan can work with each person in person.
Friday 27 November.
Next dates are announced to people who ask.
